Heat treatment
The heat treatment plant is the most advanced plant with 2Nos.Electric heating sealed tank gas carburizing furnace, each charge capacity is 1 ton.
Depending on the application area and the size of the component, the surface hardening of the component can reach a surface depth of 1.5 mm.
Then the polymer is quenched, and then the stress is relieved in 2 passes.Induction tempering furnace, each charge capacity is 600 kg.
The entire process is strictly monitored for best results.
