We design/recommend sprockets according to the specifications of the chain.The material of the sprocket is carefully selected according to the application field.Usually we use cast steel grades 1030 and 2708 according to ISI standards.The teeth are precisely machined, and the teeth are surface hardened to extend the service life.The sprocket we manufacture has a pitch of 76.2 mm-300 mm, and the number of teeth is 8 to 24.
